Do Indians need a visa to visit Singapore?
Yes, Indian travellers require an e-visa to visit Singapore. The Singapore High Commission has a list of authorised visa agents located in Delhi NCR, West Bengal, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh and Punjab. To apply for a Singapore visa, you need to go through one of these authorised agents. People from North and East Indian states, including Assam, Bihar, Jammu and Kashmir, Rajasthan, and Sikkim, can apply for the visa through agents in Delhi. Those from Central and West India, such as Odisha, Chhattisgarh, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, and Goa, can apply via agents in Mumbai. Meanwhile, applicants from South Indian states—Puducherry, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, and Telangana—can go through agents in Chennai. Find the list of agents here.
If you are transiting through Singapore, you may be eligible for the 96-hour Visa-Free Transit Facility (VFTF). You can refer to this link for visa enquiries. Note that even if you meet the VFTF conditions, ICA officers may still deny entry based on other entry requirements.
